Our offices are located conveniently at the intersection of the Sam Houston Tollway and Bellaire Blvd. in Houston, Texas. We bring over 30 years of experience and history to our client financial, real estate and property owner's association clients, handling all aspects of bank and credit union operations, commercial and residential real estate transactions, loan documentation, collections, foreclosures, bankruptcy and landlord-tenant matters. We represent financial institutions in most facets of banking, including lending, compliance, regulatory, operations, consumer and transactional matters and bankruptcy. We stay current on legal changes, issues and matters affecting banks, credit unions, property owner’s associations, sellers and buyers of businesses or real estate, as well as real estate owners or developers.
