Our shared offices are located conveniently on the North Loop West in Houston, Texas. While we have separate practices, our common experience and history combine to provide over 50 years of experience. We handle all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including loan documentation, foreclosures, bankruptcy and landlord-tenant; matters involving securities, banking, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, taxation and governmental affairs. Both represent financial institutions in most facets of banking, including compliance, regulatory, operations, consumer and transactional matters and bankruptcy. We stay current on issues and matters affecting banks, credit unions, and broker-dealers and assist in the preparation of commentary and requests for opinions. This includes representation of banks and credit unions in establishing non-traditional lines of products and product services. We represent CUSOs, “pay day” lenders, factors, and other financiers.
